S23 ultra+accessories

I ordered a samsung galaxy s23 ultra from refurbed for a couple hundred euro cheaper than it would be new and was very satisfied when it arrived as it looked and functioned like new. However the tip of the s pen stopped working and I am waiting on a replacement tip or pen to be sent out. The phone was delivered very quickly but the screen protector and case took an extra week to arrive and the panzerglass screen protectors that are sold on the website I can not reccomend as there is a clear ring around the under screen fingerprint sensor and the screen doesn't always respond to touch particularly at the edges since applying the protector. Overall happy with my order and will update to 5 stars if my s pen is fixed without additional charges. P.S. fingerprint sensor has been very inconsistent since applying the screen protector
