Ordered a refurbed laptop online

Ordered a refurbed laptop online. Until now I am very satisfied. All works well. I struggled a little bit in the beginning since the system was defined to Italian and would not change to English through regular attempts (windows 11). I did eventually manage to change it but it took a serious research and different attmepts. Since the products are shipped internationally I think the baseline definitions and settings of products should be in English as a standard. The delivery was quick and arrived easily with no issues.

Prompt response, helpful and instructions all very clear. When we sent our computer off to be repaired it was replaced and returned within 10 days. Today, I find so many companies don't focus on customer service - it's all about them and the company needs v the customer. Refurbed are the complete opposite - razor focus on our needs....
