Appropriate plugs and keyboard

I bought two machines: Delivery of the LeNovo ThinkCentre was excellent, but it came with a European rather than a British Isles plug. Surely the delivery address would have indicated which plug was needed? The Microsoft Pro came with a Spanish keyboard, although I had asked for an English QWERTY one. Delivery was very slow and I was only informed of this AFTER the ETA.
