Handheld devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, cameras)

The product exhibits no dents, scratches or other signs of usage that are visible from a distance of 30cm.

Large appliances (e.g laptops, kitchen appliances)

The product may exhibit minimal signs of usage. Areas of the product that are out of sight during regular usage (e.g. the bottom of a laptop or the backside of a coffee maker) may exhibit some small dents or scratches.

Battery Performance

Battery performance is vital, which is why our sellers always replace batteries with noticeably degraded performance. If not stated otherwise, the batteries of our smartphones have a minimum capacity of 85%, while batteries in other devices have a minimum capacity of 80%, compared to a new device.

In order to avoid unnecessary electronic waste during the refurbishing process, our partners will usually not exchange batteries with a capacity above 80%.

Should you unexpectedly encounter problems with the battery performance that can not be explained by normal wear & tear at a later stage (e.g. an abnormal decrease in output), you will be covered by your refurbed warranty.
